Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions:

How much does it cost to take part in Continue CareRx?
There is no cost to participate in Continue CareRx. You are only responsible for your regular prescription copayments as described by your pharmacy coverage. Our medication management, packaging, and delivery services are provided at no added cost.

Do you need my insurance for the program?

We will need your pharmacy coverage in order to bill
the Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) directly for your
medications. By taking care of insurance coordination,
Continue CareRx makes receiving your medications
even easier.

How quickly will I receive my first Continue CareRx box?
Once you enroll, we will coordinate your first delivery.
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your individual prescription needs, but you will receive your first box before your current supply of medications runs out.

How will I know when it will be delivered?
We will establish a monthly schedule for your shipments. That way, you will know when to expect your deliveries and will receive all your medications at the same time
each month.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my
Continue CareRx delivery?

You can call Continue CareRx at 800-821-4038. A
representative can provide you tracking and status
information about your shipments.

Do I have to refill my prescriptions?

We handle all your refills automatically so there’s one less thing for you to worry about.

Will all my medications be in the Continue CareRx box?

We will synchronize your prescription refills so you receive just one shipment each month that contains all of your medications.
Do you provide just oral tablet/caplet medications or other prescriptions as well?
Your box will contain your oral tablet and caplet medications as well as liquid medications and other treatments such as inhalers that you take. We can also help coordinate with third-party vendors for diabetic supplies, if necessary.

Will a pharmacist review my medications?

When we receive your list of medications, a pharmacist
will conduct an initial review of your medications and make any recommended changes to your prescribers based on possible risks like drug interactions or dosage problems.

What happens if the pharmacist wants to change
my medications?

All of your prescriptions will remain the same unless a
pharmacist review shows that there are safer or more
effective treatments or dosages available. In these cases, the pharmacist would address their recommendations with your prescribers, and then incorporate the changes into your medication regimen.

Can I cancel my participation at any time?

You can stop participating in Continue CareRx at any time and we will help you transition your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.
