Once you’ve enrolled with our service, a licensed Continue CareRx pharmacist carefully reviews your entire list of prescriptions and over the counter medications (OTCs), checking for any potential drug interactions, duplications, or other issues that could affect your health. After the review, the pharmacist collaborates directly with your healthcare provider(s) to make any necessary adjustments.
